Structure and Dynamics of the Global Earth and East Asia


Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are part of the processes of the energy release by the global Earth. To understand the geodynamics, both global and regional scope is indispensable.
In this course, we introduce the most recent knowledge about structure and dynamics of the global Earth and East Asia.
We especially highlight exciting results obtained by dense and advanced observations. Both seismological and geodetic results will be introduced.
